I had a great experience with Sewell and Steve Hernandez purchasing my new GMC Yukon XL AT4. Steve Hernandez was a the best sales representative I could ask for during my timing of purchase. My wife and I were expecting any day and they were very helpful and gracious during the entire process. They found me the best family vehicle that fits my adventurous outdoor traveling lifestyle and great city driver for our growing family. Declined a critical service due to the amount. Agreed to the remaining services and was told over the phone it would $600-ish. Arrived to find out my invoice came in at $763.93. I wish a quote was issued so I have something in writing prior to approval. Verbal agreements can not be proven.

I had an unexpected issue come up on Saturday afternoon. Roger Mora was able to fit me in to the service schedule, had my Yukon repaired and oil changed by closing time that afternoon.
