Sewell did a great Job and I attribute that to my service advisor Lexie Sparks who kept me informed and up-to-date through the entire service process. I have tried to maintain the service of both my Buicks, LaCrosse and Regal, with Sewell since purchasing them even though the dealership is a tedious drive from my residence in Denton county. One of the reasons it has fallen short of 100% has been the lack of communication with the various service advisors who I often have had to call and text several times to determine the status of my vehicles. This was not the experience I had with Lexie. From the moment I left my LaCrosse in her care she was communicating with me by both text and phone informing me of the vehicles status and when I could expect the work to be completed. If every Sewell service advisor was as conscientious and professional as Lexie there would be no excuse to take my vehicles anywhere else to be serviced whether it was an oil change or specific mile marker inspection. Kudos to Lexie Sparks.

When my husband picked up my car, he was met with a bill that included nearly $300 in extra services. When he pushed back, he was told they called me and I authorized it, which I did not. The only call I’ve received from Sewell during this visit was to tell me my car is ready, and my husband dropped off and picked up my vehicle, so there has been literally zero communication with me over the 3 days y’all had my vehicle. I’ve even texted during my service twice and received no reply from my service rep. The loaner car I received also had nasty trash in it - corn dog stick and half-eaten applesauce in the backseat. I’m not sure when Sewell started adding unauthorized services and lying about it, but this is poor and deceptive business at its finest.
