Confirmed Service Customer
When I went to pay the total was higher than I remembered the service advisor telling me. It might be a good practice to offer the customer a copy of the repair cost when advising them of the cost. Also, for the second time in my last three visits after paying and going out to get my truck, after ten minutes I went back to the cashier and they had to call someone to bring it up. I ended up waiting 15 minutes.
