The service rep assigned to me was Roger; he was excellent in explaining what was wrong with my car and what it needed. He thoroughly answered all my questions. Please hire more service reps like Roger.

Service excellent. DEF dashboard indicator not working properly. Fixed with software update. Charged me $150 because not covered by extended warranty. Reason - no parts replaced. Not a big deal but it seems to me that it should have been covered. Software "broke" -- I didn't do it. Suggest GM reconsider their policy/commitment.
