I was surprised that no one went over all that was completed on my car. In the past I thought they went over the work and bill. Also I got a call that my car would not be ready that day (Friday) but they would keep me updated for Saturday pickup. There was no call until Monday morning at 10:00. I would normally give 5 stars to Sewell for service but these are the reasons I gave 4.
Everyone at the dealership is excellent. Cory Foster (sales) and Jeff Larsen (finance) are great. Cory took extra time to help us again. I was late to delivery appointment and he still was able to answer all my questions.
Excellent, patient, informative, not sales oriented in the traditional sense, cared about our needs. Cory Foster was great during the process and after the process. Great follow up and cared about our needs.
My car had a factory recall that I was not aware of. Sewell Buick notified me of the recall during a maintenance visit, and made a loan car available for me as my car had to spend the night at the dealership. I appreciated that.
It’s the second time that this new car had to be taken to the dealership to troubleshoot some kind of issue, which is disappointing enough as you expect better reliability from a new vehicle. After the car wouldn’t start we got it jumped and took it in to be looked at. We were given a loan car only to discover once we had arrived home that we were not given the correct keys for the car. It wasn’t the end of the world and they brought us the correct keys, it’s just a lot of little things that add up to a poor experience overall. In comparison I haven’t had anything like those issues with my new BMW so when it comes time to think about the next car you weigh up all the experiences you’ve had with a car and a dealership.
